Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure familiarization of the company’s products policies and sales processes to the agents
* Identify communicate and agree on the premium targets with agents on various class of business amp; geographical segments
* Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups amp; strengthening of relationships with agents
* Balance agent’s portfolio within various classes of business and ensure channel profitability
* Ensure constant updation of agent’s knowledge on new products of RGICL and underwriting policies

* Troubleshooting with a) Underwriting team for policy approval b) Branch operations team for policy issuance c) Regional claims team for claims settlement d) Finance team for timely disbursement of agent’s commission
Experience: 0 - 5 Years

Education: Any Graduate; MBA
