Applications are invited for the IDB Scholarship from meritorious but financially needy Muslim students seeking admission in the academic session 2014-2015 in the first year of under-graduate professional courses in the fields of Medicine and Engineering, (all branches) including Homeopathy, Unani, Ayurved, Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology and integrated course in Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law. This is an Interest Fee Loan Scholarship which will have to be refunded in installments after completion of the graduation.
The applicants should have secured minimum 60% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Math in SSC (10+2) examination except for Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu who should have 70 % marks in the aggregate in above four subjects. Applicants for Bachelor Courses in BBA+MBA and Law (Integrated Course) should have scored minimum 65 %marks in English and optional/elective subjects in SSC (10+2).
